Is it safe to ride a Segway?
Yes, our Segway tours are completely safe. Before each tour, our certified guides provide a comprehensive safety briefing and personal training session. We supply all necessary safety equipment including helmets. Segways are self-balancing vehicles designed with stability in mind, and our tours follow carefully planned routes that avoid dangerous areas and heavy traffic.
Where do the tours go along?
1-Hour Riverside Segway Tour
- Explore the Old City, including Primatial Square, the Old Slovak National Theatre, Hviezdoslavovo Square, and the Holy Trinity Column.
- Ride along the Danube River, enjoying scenic views of the city.
- Cross two bridges:
- Starý Most (Old Bridge) – a historic pedestrian and tram bridge.
- UFO Bridge (Most SNP) – famous for its UFO-shaped observation deck.
1.5-Hour Bratislava Castle Segway Tour
- Includes everything from the 1-hour tour, plus:
- A ride up to Bratislava Castle, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
- A scenic route through the castle grounds and surrounding historic areas.
2-Hour Complete City Segway Tour
- Includes everything from the 1 and 1.5-hour tours, plus:
- A visit to the Presidential Palace (Grassalkovich Palace), the residence of Slovakia’s president.
- A stop at the Blue Church (Church of St. Elizabeth), a stunning Art Nouveau landmark.
Do you have a place to leave my luggage?
Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage at our main office while you enjoy your tour. Our storage area is monitored and secure, giving you peace of mind while you explore Bratislava.
Where is the meeting point?
Our meeting point is located at Frantiskanske sq. 8, in the historic city center of Bratislava. It’s easily accessible and just right next to the main square. Look for our shop with the Segway logo. For private tours, we can sometimes arrange pick-up from your hotel.
Can I book for my company?
Absolutely! We offer special group rates and can customize tours to fit your company’s needs and schedule. Either book on the booking form or inquire by email.
Can I just rent a Segway without a guide?
No, for safety and insurance reasons, all our Segway experiences include a professional guide. However, we do offer flexible private tours where you can influence the route and pace according to your preferences. Please inquire on our contact form.
All other equipment like e-Scooters and Bicycles can be rented according to your needs.
What is your refund policy?
- Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before the scheduled tour
- 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before the tour
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows
- In case of severe weather conditions, we offer free rescheduling or a full refund
- In case of light weather conditions the tour will be held. We offer free robust raincoats. If you still want to cancel, you can get a 70% refund.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our tours are held currently in English, because this let’s us pair all different nationalities that ride with us. We do have guides that speak addiontanily German, Slovak, and most can communicate in basic Czech, Hungarian, and Polish. Tours in other languages can be arranged with advance notice. Please inquire on our contact form below.
Currently we are working on a digital solution to enable all languages.
Is there a weight or age limit?
For safety reasons, riders must be at least 8 years old and weigh between 40kg (88lbs) and 120kg (265lbs). Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
What should I bring for the tour?
We recommend comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen and sunglasses on bright days. Don’t forget your camera! All safety equipment (like helmet’s and co) is provided by us.
How do I pay?

Do I need previous experience to ride a Segway?
No previous experience is required. Our guides will provide a thorough training session before the tour begins, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident operating the Segway. If you then and there decide that it is not for you, you can change to an e-Scooter or Bicycle free of charge.
